D ahlstrom Funeral Home of Oakes and LaMoure were formerly known as the Haugen-Baldwin Funeral Homes, which were owned and operated by Emmett Haugen and Don Baldwin.

Dahlstrom Funeral Home and Ambulance Service of Milnor was founded by Roger and Florence Dahlstrom. They opened for business on February 18, 1957. Roger died on August 6, 1996. Florence continues to make her home there.



Assisting Dani with the business is her son, Adam Dahlstrom who began his employment on May 15, 2006, and is a third generation funeral director.



Dani feels very fortunate that Adam wanted to move back to Oakes, and is a funeral director in the family business. Since we are a family operated funeral home, we hope we carry that same family sensitivity and caring over to those families we serve in their difficult time of need.
